A trio of shared laboratories are available to researchers interested in exploring the synergistic opportunities envisioned between the physical, chemical and biological attributes of nanostructures. The laboratories are available to campus researchers on a recharge basis. Some resources will be made available to non-campus researchers as the need arises and the infrastructure is put in place to administer this activity.
The Biological NanoStructures Lab is a 1,600 square foot shared multi-user environment for biological synthesis and analysis.
The Chemical NanoStructures Lab is a 1,200 square foot shared multi-user environment for chemical synthesis.
The NanoStructures Cleanroom Facility (NCF) is a 8,500 square foot shared multi-user environment of Class 100/Class 1000 level space.
