Illumina MiSeq

Description

The MiSeq System offers a wide range of sequencing applications, capable of generating up to 25 M reads per run. The MiSeq offers the longest sequencing read lengths of any Illumina platform, up to 2 x 300 bp (600 cycles). The MiSeq is optimized for a variety of applications, including 16s metagenomics and other amplicon studies, targeted gene expression, small genome sequencing, and more. With smaller output kits, inexpensive pilot studies can be run, with kits available for 1 and 4 M read output.
