Giving to CNSI
The California NanoSystems Institute (CNSI) at UC Santa Barbara is an innovative and dynamic research institute to further transformational and translational research for California and the world. The Institute works to create an inclusive, collaborative, and interactive environment that fosters team innovation in nanosystems research, educates the next generation of diverse leaders, and brings scientific and technological innovation into the economy and society.
CNSI is the home of the CNSI Incubator, which provides office, lab and programmatic support to the most exciting deep tech startups spinning out of UCSB and the Innovation Workshop, a rapid prototyping facility to support campus innovation, as well as the NSF-Funded Quantum Foundry (developing new materials to enable quantum computing) and BioPACIFIC MIP (creating new sustainable plastics).
Gifts to CNSI will allow them to be nimble and create connections that span local, regional, and national ecosystems for technology and discovery to address the critical societal challenges of today and tomorrow.
