Seth Levy is a partner in the multi-national Nixon Peabody law firm, leading its intellectual property practice. Mr. Levy has supported many of our startups of all stages during complex strategic negotiations and spearheaded UCSB's LED licensing program/litigation. Seth has negotiated complex deals throughout his career in a wide range of industry sectors from life science through engineering, including exclusive supply agreements, joint development/collaboration agreements, and sublicenses of all complexities in a diverse array of markets.
