Description

The MA900 cell sorter uses a user-friendly microfluidic chip-based design and advanced automation that dramatically simplifies operation to make sorting less subjective and improve reliability. Automatic chip alignment, side-stream, and droplet calibration allows for a simple set-up with minimal hands-on time.

Specifications

  • 4 lasers: 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, 638 nm.
  • 12 fluorescence settings, plus forward scatter and backscatter.
  • 8 fluorescence emission filters: 450 nm, 525 nm, 585 nm, 617 nm, 665 nm, 695 nm, 720 nm, 785 nm. 
  • Three chip sizes for varying cell sizes: 70 µm, 100 µm, 130 µm. 
  • Sort cells into up to four 5 ml tubes, two 15 ml tubes, or plates with 6 to 384 wells and PCR plates.
